OUR TEAM
Carl Pepper
MCIOB, SMSTS
Carl has been working with LGS in the construction sector for 18 years. He was instrumental in establishing the initial design, production and installation methodologies of the industry which are still in practice today. Setting up multiple design outlets across the country, Carl developed the software for the design teams and its integration to the manufacturing and installation processes. Always commercially minded, he collaborates with QS and contractual teams to create systems that are efficient, productive and continue to deliver commercial growth. Carl heads up the LGS and structural steel division of the group responsible for design, planning, and installation, and continues to lead quality and innovation within the industry.
Mark Yarwood
BSc (Hons) Building Surveying, MRICS
Mark is a construction professional and Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years wide ranging experience within both the contracting and client management areas of the industry.
Working on projects within the residential, commercial and rail sectors Mark has delivered multiple projects from inception to completion with detailed knowledge of project planning and execution. Mark has developed exceptional project, strategic, and change management skills on his journey, a valuable asset to the executive team.
Milton Nutt
With more than 20 years experience within the construction and property development sectors, Milton has worked successfully with both SME and large corporate clients. He was a joint director in the Samuel Beadie Property Group securing forward funding for projects worth £300m, and has worked with Bellway Homes, London Transport and local authorities on regeneration projects. Milton’s grass roots approach has developed a dynamic executive focussing on securing package development opportunities and site acquisition.
Rob Wheatley
BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering, Dip Management Studies
Robert draws on vast experience in the construction and property development sectors. He is a passionate and professional leader inspiring a partnership approach to project management. Rob worked within highways and planning in local government before moving onto numerous projects with Bovis Civil Engineering. Developments in Elmbridge, Hertford and Bath followed, gaining experience in the intricacies of redeveloping listed and heritage sites, along with greenbelt opportunities. More recent projects have included working with residential housing associations to deliver 200 units in Sussex and 225 units in Hertfordshire.
